VEGETABLES WITH RICE

ANOTHER DAY, ANOTHER MEAL …

Vegetables with rice

Ingrediants:

– 1 broccoli (I used frozen)

– 1 small sweet potatoe

– handful of young broad beans (I used frozen)

– 60g of peas

– vegetable stock (around 100ml but it depends what consistency you want)

–  100g of rice

Cooking:

Steam sweet potato an broccoli for 8min.

Then add peas and beans for another 5 minutes.

While steaming vegetables cook your rice and prepare the vegetable stock.

Because my princess is still at the stage 2 of weaning I blend all of the ingediance (except the rice). Add vegetable stock while doing so, if you want it more runny add more, if you want it to be quite thick add less.

Once blended add rice, and it’s ready to serve. You can ado add cooked chicken in to it.

DESSERT : Yogurt and blueberries pancakes

– yogurt 200ml

– flower

– 1 tsp baking powder

– 150g blueberries

Cooking:

Comine all of the ingrediants together except blueberries. Mix until smooth then add blueberries.

Fry for a minute or two (until golden)  on each side. Great as a snack or when introducing finger food.

DENIM DENIM DENIM !

Cool outfit for a baby? Go for DENIM! Denim never goes out of fashion (it doesn’t really matter with babies as they grow out of they clothes so quickly) but very often comes back with a big blue bang!  Now is the time to rock it, especial that as a mum (or dad) you will start slowly to shop for autom clothes or as me for clothes for the next 3 months ( yes I need to start preparing wardrobe in size 9-12 months !!!!!! ) .

There are some amazing pieces :

River Island does a lot of cool denim pieces :

In love with this little piece ! Had to get it for Chloe !

ZARA  is doing those dungarees. Pair with any top underneath for the cute little outfit.
H&M does this dress for £5,99!! You can pair it with a pretty blouse/ top for a cute look or go for cool printed leggings with a edgy top (stripy) for a cool look. And those denims couldn’t be any cuter.

NEXT went with the denim trend as well producing this really cute skirt and blouse (which Chloe owns now 😁)

GREEN PASTA

Quick and easy but so healthy dinner!

Steamed broccoli and peas with spinach and pasta.

Blend broccoli and add milk to make the right consistence. Pour boiling water over spinach and blend it with broccoli. Add peas and pasta to the mixture so you get nice texture for you baby to explore (my baby is 8months old and doesn’t like everything to be mashup) . You can add as much of each veg as you want.
